Applications must be filled in triplicate on PSC Form No.3 (Revised, 2008) and submitted to: The Secretary, Mityana District Service Commission, P.O. Box 332, Mityana not later than 28th March, 2024 by 5:00pm.

The application forms can be obtained from the Public Service Commission Offices, 2nd Floor Farmers House, Kampala or any District Service Commission offices in Uganda. The application should bear the title of the post and the reference indicated against the vacancy. Applicants should attach certified copies of all academic documents, transcripts, pass slips, certificates, National Identity Card and a recent passport size photograph on each form.
