Position: Panel Beaters (2 Positions)
Role Summary
The Panel Beater will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle body parts to manufacturer and company standards. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Assess vehicle body damage and determine repair requirements

Repair, reshape, and replace damaged panels and body components
-
Use appropriate tools and equipment for panel beating and body restoration
-
Align body parts and ensure structural integrity of vehicles
-
Prepare vehicles for painting and finishing
-
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
-
Maintain cleanliness and proper care of workshop tools and equipment
-
Work collaboratively with other technicians and service teams
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Body Repair, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
-
Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive workshop
-
Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools
-
Ability to read and interpret repair specifications
-
High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and within a team
