Overview
Zango Healthcare Pharmacy Limited, registered with the Pharmacy Board, located at Mbagala Rangi Tatu Kilwa Road, Temeke, Dar es Salaam Tanzania is looking for a persuasive Sales and Medical Representative to promote and sell company medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. The medical representative’s responsibilities include persuading potential customers to purchase company medications, identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant departments with customer feedback. Should also be able to attend company meetings and training sessions.

RESPONSIBILITY
• Selling the company medications to doctors, pharmacists and other related health professionals
• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists and other health professional to promote company medication,
• Direct and coordinate medical products sales and marketing function
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Develops and coordinates sales selling cycle and methodology plans and implements timely sales and marketing activities to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability
• Plan and implement marketing strategy
• Advise customers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of selling business
• Researchers and develops strategies and plans that identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new projects to win in the market
• Seeks and continuously develops knowledge and information about competitor activities pricing and tactics and communicates this to relative departments in the company plan, forecasts, and reports on sales, costs, and business performance according to the company requirements

Qualification
• Bachelor’s in, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
• Proven Sales and medical sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license.
