Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively.
• Attend to customer requirements at points of sale and distributors.
• Provide training and coaching to sales teams.
• Review and analyze weekly sales data of areas and assigned distributors by region.
• Drive adoption of promotional strategies for channels.
• Coordinate monthly sales review sessions.
• Support MFS initiatives within the territory.
• Contribute to the execution of branding campaigns.
