Under the direction of the marketing and Sales Division Head:
Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Identifies potential customers and plans and organizes sales call schedules.
Maintains extensive knowledge of the products’ parts, function, and processes and assists to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients’ needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and develops technical presentations to explain the company’s products to customers.
- Closely works with the customers and engineers to ensure the products meet the system requirements.
- Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provides sales support.
- Researches, develops and modifies products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
- Helps customers who have problems with installed products and recommends improved or upgraded materials.
- Collects client feedback and evaluates the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Identifies areas for improvement and communicates these issues with the sales division.
- Secures orders, guarantees product standards and assures product delivery.
- Recommends new and improved products to the customers and explains how the product could be utilized cost-effectively.
- Writes reports concerning the sales activities, Performs other duties as assigned by the Sales Division Head.
Job Requirements
Education: BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business Management and in Water Supply and Sanitary engineering
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience and some background in construction work
