DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Typing letters, information and common and confidential documents.
• Receiving visitors and interviewing them about their problems, and directing them to places where they can be addressed.
• Keeping information and records of events, appointments, guests, dates of meetings, trips of his superior and other work schedules.
• Searching for required files and documents, in the implementation of job duties.
• Receiving files and distributing them to officers in the Department/Division/ relevant section.
• Collecting, maintaining and returning files and documents to relevant departments.
• Organizing excerpts and making preparations for various sessions.
• Prepare a list of various needs of the office.
• To do other work as directed by his Supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employed graduates of the Fourth Form (Form IV) or the Sixth (Form VI), who have a diploma (Diploma) or NTA Level 6 certificate. In addition, they should have passed the Kiswahili and English Abbreviation course 100 words per minute and get office computer programs such as; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail and Publisher from any college recognized by the Government.
