We are looking for four dynamic and motivated Marketing and Business Development Officers to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to boost hospital visibility and patient numbers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential partnerships.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and healthcare providers to build referral networks.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Participate in organizing events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to promote hospital services.
- Contribute to the execution of business development plans to expand the hospital’s services and patient base.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and business development performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development manager and other team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor activities and industry trends to keep the hospital competitive.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and business development activities and outcomes.
- Engage with the customer service team to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
