Position: Senior Technicians (4 Positions)
Role Summary
The Senior Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and automotive systems to the highest technical standards. The role requires strong hands-on expertise, leadership in the workshop, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of vehicles and automotive systems

Supervise and support junior technicians within the workshop
-
Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and company procedures

Identify technical faults and recommend effective solutions
-
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
-
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
-
Support continuous improvement of workshop efficiency and performance
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
-
Proven experience as an automotive technician (senior-level experience preferred)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
-
Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and workshop equipment

Good leadership and mentoring skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
