Duties (Responsibilities)
- Assists in the development and strengthening of monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures,
- Assists in monitoring of all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving project outputs,
- Assists in monitoring and evaluation overall progress on achievement of results,
- Drafting monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress reports on all project activities to the Manager,
- Participates in planning workshops and assisting the manager in preparing relevant reports,
- Assists in coordinating across the available components of the Authority to ensure effective implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation,
- Assists in preparing other relevant reports,
- Assists in organising and conducting training on Monitoring and Evaluation,
- Assists in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations and maintaining the monitoring and evaluation database,
- Undertakes any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
- A relevant degree to Monitoring and Evaluation,
- A Monitoring and Evaluation qualification is an added advantage,
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills,
- Good analytical skills,
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages and other statistical packages like SPSS and Stata etc.
