DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Typing letters, information and ordinary and confidential documents;
• Receiving guests and arriving at their problems and telling them where they can be helped;
• To maintain the information of the record of events, appointments, dates of meetings, trips of its Head and other work schedules;
• Searching for files and documents needed in the implementation of job duties;
• Receiving files and distributing them to Officers in the relevant Department/Unit/Part;
• Collecting, maintaining and restoring files and documents in relevant areas;
• Organizing extracts and making preparations for various sessions;
• Preparing a list of requirements for office equipment; and
• To do other tasks assigned to him by his Head of work.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Employed Form Four or Form Six graduates with a Diploma or NTA level 6 certificate. In addition, they must have passed the Kiswahili and English Abbreviation course 100 places in one minute and obtain office computer programs such as: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, E-mail and Publisher from any college recognized by the Government.
