Uwezo Microfinance Financial Services Ltd is expanding its team! We’re looking for 10 motivated and customer-focused Sales Officers ready to grow with us in the microfinance sector.
At Uwezo, 90% of our work is in the field. Our model is simple: walk to the client and serve them at their best – because the customer is the boss.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields
- Credit in English and Math (an added advantage)
- Fluent in Luganda (spoken & written)
- Aged 20-28 (Females strongly encouraged to apply)
- Self-driven, professional, and passionate about fieldwork
- 6+ months experience (Freshers welcome to apply)
