Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Educate retailers on Hariss products and offers.
- Encourage retailers & Stockists to sell more of Hariss products.
- Recruit and register more retailers and Stockists for the assigned products of Hariss
- Ensure proper merchandizing in each market such to ensure brand visibility, display and checking of short expiries
- Ensure increased recommendation of Hariss products to customers by the retailers i.e. growing brand loyalty.
- Collect complaints and send through to aligned supervisor or Customer care.
- Be the brand ambassador of Hariss to Customers
- Performs any other task as per management request.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in business administration or management.
- A marketing certification is an added advantage
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
