JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of the role:
To build a sizeable high quality portfolio of loans to customers under the Logbook Finance Product.
Key duties/responsibilities:
• Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies for the assigned product. Achieve set sales and collections targets.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements for the assigned product.
• Ensure compliance with company and country regulations for all staff under supervision.
• In charge of recruitment and retention of Sales Agents.
• Provide mentorship and training to Team Leaders and Sales Agents for the assigned Branch.
Competencies:
• Sales Management Skills; Recruitment; Promotional Skills; Account Management; Customer Service; and Entrepreneurship.
• Leadership and supervisory skills (Experience in managing a team of not less than 20 people)
• Knowledgeable about secured loans
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
