Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the management and daily operations of our F&B department. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to high service standards. This role requires hands-on supervision, team coordination, and effective communication across multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of menus in coordination with kitchen and management teams, ensuring quality, presentation, and profitability.

  • Support the development and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all service areas.

  • Lead, train, and evaluate front-of-house staff to maintain high levels of professionalism, hygiene, and service excellence.

  • Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and maintain strong vendor relations.

  • Support budget planning, sales forecasting, and cost control initiatives; monitor financial performance and report variances.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen, marketing, and event teams to organize and execute functions, promotions, and themed events.

  • Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and service recovery.

  • Prepare daily shift reports and brief senior management on operations, challenges, and staff needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Operations, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of proven supervisory experience in F&B operations (preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment).

  • Good understanding of budgeting, stock control, and P&L management.

  • Experience in vendor coordination, menu planning, and food/beverage sourcing.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a passion for staff development.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Willingness to work in a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
