Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the management and daily operations of our F&B department. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to high service standards. This role requires hands-on supervision, team coordination, and effective communication across multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.

Assist in the planning and execution of menus in coordination with kitchen and management teams, ensuring quality, presentation, and profitability.

Support the development and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all service areas.

Lead, train, and evaluate front-of-house staff to maintain high levels of professionalism, hygiene, and service excellence.

Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and maintain strong vendor relations.

Support budget planning, sales forecasting, and cost control initiatives; monitor financial performance and report variances.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards at all times.

Collaborate with the kitchen, marketing, and event teams to organize and execute functions, promotions, and themed events.

Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and service recovery.

Prepare daily shift reports and brief senior management on operations, challenges, and staff needs.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Operations, or a related field.

2–4 years of proven supervisory experience in F&B operations (preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment).

Good understanding of budgeting, stock control, and P&L management.

Experience in vendor coordination, menu planning, and food/beverage sourcing.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a passion for staff development.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.

Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Willingness to work in a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
