Requirements;
• Bachelors’ Degree in Agriculture, extension or a related field with at least 6-month experience in extension work, farmer engagement or related experience.
• Diploma in Agriculture, extension or a related field with at least 1 years’ experience in extension work, farmer engagement or related experience
• Skills in Farmer engagement, Community feedback, Purchasing, data collection, leadership, and communication.
• Computer literacy in MS programs
• Ability to speak the local language used in the area of operation and work remotely in the field
• 1+ Years’ Experience in Extension Work in the Vanilla Industry.
• Ability to understand digital traceability.
