- Prepare monthly financial reports for the donor.
- Gather necessary documents to support the financial reports.
- Upload of the project budget on Oracle.
- Prepare invoices or request for funds to the donor.
- Review and ensure actual expenditures conform to the approved budget.
- Support in the preparation of the yearly forecast for the project.
- Coordinate yearly project audit and respond promptly to audit queries.
- Review and justify partners’ financial reports on the project.
- Attend to project finance related questions from the donor.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment. ICAN/ACA Professional Certification is an added advantage.
COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must:
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have a strong analytical mind.
- Be very good with computer applications, especially Oracle.
- Be a good team player and be honest.
- Be willing to travel to project site in Kano occasionally.
