We are seeking a polite, organized, and highly professional Admin / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact and provide administrative support to the office.
Position Summary
The Admin / Receptionist will manage front-office operations, ensure smooth communication across departments, and support day-to-day administrative functions while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception

Receive, welcome, and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a professional image
Administrative Support
-
Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management
-
Coordinate internal communication between departments
-
Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and electronic)

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office activities
Office Coordination
-
Manage office supplies and support basic office logistics
-
Ensure adherence to office procedures and administrative standards

Support smooth daily office operations in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field

Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or receptionist role
-
Experience working in a busy office environment is an added advantage
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
