WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Manage the logistics & warehouse.
• Manage all records related to Procurement and ensure effectiveness of the information process between all people involved in the Procurement process to enable them take right decisions.
• Goods receipt done on time and invoices handed over to finance for payment processing.
• Providing Procurement advice to the business.
• Ensure no OOS at any level in the market through proper planning and forecasting.
• To ensure that you adhere to the set depot procedures and to prevent loss of stocks.
• To ensure indirect savings reporting are based on the agreed global savings methodology.
• Ensure SAP transfers are adhered to in respect to transfers and sales and that stock reconciliation are submitted weekly without variances.
• Correctly maintain weekly to date floor stocks, weekly executed orders, sales and depot stock checks sheets.
• To ensure that you adhere to the set depot procedures and to prevent loss of stocks from the depot by taking due diligence in the process of transferring of stocks In, within and Out of the depot.
• Manage all assigned funds, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximize the use of organization assets.
• Ensure that invoicing is done timorously and accurately all the time.
• Ensure optimum stock levels are maintained at the depot and that FIFO is being observed.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, business management, economics, finance, Transport Management or Procurement.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in FMCG would represent an added advantage.
• Accountability and interpersonal skills
• Communication skills required.
• Experience with planning and forecasting
• Data analysis experience is mandatory for this role.
