Duties and Responsibilities
-Providing administrative support for the Centre as directed by the Director;
-Coordinating meetings, events, conferences and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, and communication;
-Organising and facilitating meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries;
-Managing office records, inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment;
-Serving as the primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external stakeholders;
-Supporting the implementation of projects and initiatives within the Centre;
-Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence;
-Updating the Centre’s Website and social media presence;
-Performing other duties as assigned to contribute to the effective functioning of the Centre.

Qualifications and Experience
-A relevant recognised University degree in Office Management, Administration, or a related field;
-At least three (3) years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an academic or educational setting
-Proficiency in Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote);
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
-Strong verbal and written communication abilities;
-Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
-Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms would be an advantage.
