- Coordinating with camp employees for preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Reporting to headquarters on daily and weekly basis.
- Recording staff leave and attendance.
- Preparing Manual Time sheets and daily attendance register.
- Handling administrative and HR related activities of Office, camp and preparation of payment requests.
- Coordinating with accounts team for further follow up with suppliers.
- Keeping record of employee data base.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation and English language are must.
- Good and strong communication skills.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience of working in a HR and administrative environment.
- Hands on experience in preparation of manual Time sheets.
- Competency in Microsoft office such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Accounts knowledge will be an added advantage.
