The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general support such as scanning and filing documents, drafting correspondences, compiling land applications among others for the department.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scanning, filing and logging Land documents, Investor EIAs, Plans etc.
- Advising clients on appropriate procedures and action.
- Drafting correspondences and compiling land applications
- Manage Calendar and schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments and travel arrangements.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
A Diploma in Business Administration, Law, International Business, International Trade, Business Studies, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, from a recognized university or institution.
