KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow
Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official documents.
Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office activities
Manage office supply inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement
Assist with employee reimbursements using Kingdee, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
Provide general administrative support to staff, clients, and visitors
Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoice processing and petty cash handling.
Ensure confidentiality of information and compliance with company policies
Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
