The Administrative Officer will provide efficient administrative support to the school, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the school office.
• Maintain organized records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Administrative Support:
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for school staff.
• Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure the office is adequately stocked.
Communication:
• Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
• Liaise with teachers, staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and cooperation.
Data Management:
• Prepare and manage official documents, such as enrollment forms, attendance records, and report cards.
Financial Administration:
Support the preparation of budgets and monitor expenditures.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Prepare and submit required reports to school management and relevant authorities.
Event Coordination:
• Assist in organizing school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, graduations, and other functions.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, invitations, and materials needed for events.
Professional Development:
• Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualification Required & Experience
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
