Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor degree in the following fields: Human Resource, Accounts, Business administration, Public relations, or any equivalent field from any recognized institute in relevant fields.
Desirable Skills and Requirements:
Human resource management
Skills in financial management
Competence in conflict resolution and counselling
Ability to work under minimum supervision/maximum pressure.
Willingness and commitment to work with less privileged groups in remote areas.
Good computer skills.
Good command of English Language.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years working experience in similar position.
