As an Administrative Officer at our coffee shop, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of administrative functions to support the efficient and effective running of the establishment. You will oversee various administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with vendors, and providing essential administrative support to the management team. Your contribution will be integral to maintaining a well-organized and productive environment, enabling the coffee shop to deliver exceptional service to our customers while optimizing internal operations.

• Qualifications And Experience
Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Full grade 12 school certificate
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Excellent report writing and practical leadership skills
Knowledge in basic health and safety
Outstanding organizational, communication, problem solving and motivational skills
At least 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position experience in the hospitality industry an added advantage
