ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and implements a comprehensive measurement and analytics strategy to track and evaluate current and future campaign initiatives and donor engagement activities by:
- Capturing relevant metrics and KPIs across all donor segments.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insight to inform strategic decision making.
- Optimize business process of the child sponsorship system in coordination with Advancement and Marketing teams.
- Collaborates with VP of Advancement, Director of Annual Giving, and Finance to track and project budget targets and revenue.
Works in collaboration with the Advancement team by:
- Updating the master Major Donor Portfolio giving and Capital Campaign giving on a weekly basis.
- Works with Mid and Major Gift officers to ensures prospect and planning data is accurately captured within AGCI’s donor management system (Smartsheet and DonorPerfect) with emphasis on tracking contact purpose, contact notes, and donor follow-up.
Data systems, software and technology
- Oversee and manage the maintenance and accuracy of constituent data in CRM. ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Utilizes, SQL. Excel, SmartSheet and other software knowledge and expertise to extract raw data, to prepare and distribute regular report outs on Advancement activities.
- Participates in monthly GiveCloud Quality Assurance Meetings.
- Maintains coding in GiveCloud and DonorPerfect to ensure accurate flow of funding streams for online donations.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and outside developers to ensure process and quality of technology systems and flow.

- Completes various administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance; Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and remains open to all levels of work and support for the organization; Act as representative of AGCI at events.
- May require occasional domestic or international travel.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management or a related area from a four-year college or university plus three to five years related experience preferred.
