Job description

We are seeking an experienced Agent Channel Sales Supervisor to lead and manage sales activities for our agent network. This role involves understanding customer needs, coordinating the sales team, driving performance, and ensuring that sales targets and goals are met. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and coordinate the schedules of sales representatives to ensure efficient coverage and customer engagement.
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources to expand the customer base.
  • Receive, track, and report on all sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Supervise and support sales representatives to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Answer customer inquiries and follow up on sales calls to ensure timely responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to track performance, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics.
  • Ensure all sales quotas and goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Assist sales representatives in meeting and surpassing sales targets, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s degree or higher in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the building materials, construction, insurance, FMCG, banking, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel and manage a flexible schedule to oversee sales operations.
  • Proven ability to take critical and measurable initiatives to improve sales performance.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
