  • Strategic Leadership: Direct operations across multiple business functions and geographies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring profitable growth and alignment with Cummins’ global strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Anticipate and resolve cross-functional challenges, facilitating smooth operations and organizational success.

  • Leadership in High-Performance Culture: The capability to lead the AME (Africa Middle East) DBU (Distribution Business Unit) region, fostering a high-performance culture and championing the right work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Experience:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business or related field required.
  • Advanced degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Green Belt certified.
  • Significant experience required, including strategy, product, customer, managerial, and budgetary experience.
