Duties and Responsibilities

Software Installation and Configuration:
– Installs, configures, and customizes software applications to align with organizational requirements.
– Ensures proper integration of applications with existing systems and databases.
– Collaborates with ICT and business teams to provide input on application functionality, usability, and performance.
– Communicates user feedback and reported issues to development teams for resolution.
– Conducts testing of applications to identify bugs, errors, and areas for improvement.
– Works closely with quality assurance teams to ensure software meets predefined standards.
– Coordinates and implements software upgrades and enhancements to improve performance.
– Monitors and enforces security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensures compliance with industry regulations.
