- Manage asset lifecycle to optimize performance, minimize costs, and support operational efficiency.
- This role covers Underground, Open Pit, Processing and Non-Processing Infrastructure.
- We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager to oversee the management of mobile asset both in the Open and Underground Mines, Fixed plant and Non-Processing Infrastructure (NPI).
- Will be responsible for all Regulatory Certification and Statutory compliance for Personnel and Asset on site.
In This Role You Will:
- Lead Mobile, Fixed, Non-Processing Infrastructure (NPI), Engineering and Asset Planning on site.
- Drive continuous improvement within Asset Management.

Your Training, Skills & Experience Checklist
Formal Qualification (including Professional Registrations):
- Educational qualifications in, Mechanical Engineering, Asset Management, or other related Engineering fields.
Additional Knowledge
- Knowledge that has been gained through work practice with asset performance optimization and safety-focused initiatives.
- Essential soft skills for leadership and support functions.
- Proficiency in budget management and risk mitigation.
- Asset Strategy Development.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management specifically in mining and heavy rock industries with a focus on mobile and fixed asset maintenance.
