Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or science background (preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
