Mission of the position

Ensures the profitability of the food and beverage area in the hotel, through the planning and execution of product, service and management of human teams strategies in the kitchen and food and beverage outlets.

What will you have to do?

Responsible for the operation of bars and restaurants of the hotel
Coordinate and directly supervise the execution of the tasks for the implementation of the standard beverage and service offer defined by Hotel Services in your hotel.
Ensures compliance with F&B budget guidelines.
Be aware of deviations, participate in the definition of corrective actions and promote the implementation of corrective actions within their department
Ensure compliance with the economic objectives of his department and is knowledgeable about the economic objectives.
Analyses hotel needs and requests F&B investments for the Annual Investment Plan
Carry out the available training that applies to the improvement of their job.
What are we looking for?

University degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality, or similar.
At least 3-5 years in management positions and F&B strategy development
Advanced English, “Local language (depending on the geographical location of the property) and third language will be highly valuable”.
Ability to produce the budget definition.
Knowledge of investment plans in F&B as well as pre-openings.
Orientation to new F&B trends.
Advanced command of the Office 365 package
Knowledge of hotel operations.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team.
