Assistant Lecturer
Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as Assistant Lecturer. The successful candidate will play a role in supporting the continued establishment and delivery of UTAMU’s mission and core values in the School of Technology, Computing and Engineering. To fill the role at the level of Assistant Lecturer
Location:
Kungu campus
Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in Information Technology or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Bachelor of Information Systems from a recognized university.
Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level (if any)
Responsibilities:
Conducting lectures and tutorials in the School.
Developing and delivering innovative and engaging teaching materials.
Should be conversant with e-learning platforms.
Participate in departmental meetings, exam setting, exam moderation
and marking. Supervise student projects and dissertations.
