Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide Technical support to complete team and strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals and objectives.
- Support, define and implement plans and objectives for Technical repairs, reporting and training.
- Develop and analyses area to develop team to achieve the target with organization outfit with technical training and assistance.
- Extensively worked on improving quality, Line efficiencies by applying various tools for Problem solving methodology.
- Providing a communication channel for customer so that customer issues can be resolved effectively and in least time.
- Providing timely and apt Technical Support to the customers.
- Follow-ups on the trial and commercial runs at customer.
- Support revenue generation through technical support.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Tech/B.Eng./Equivalent.
- 8-10 years cognate experience preferably from Form Filling background i.e. Milk / Beverages / edible oils / liquor etc.
- Hands on Work Experience of 4-5 years on Tetrapak Machines (A1 Fino, A3 Speed, and TBA19) is a must. Must have carried out TPMS events on Tetrapak machines.
- Self-motivated with passion to excel in the functional role.
- Maintain excellent customer relationship and ensure business continuity with all clients.
- Good knowledge on Excel and Power Point.
- Electro-Mechanical trainings on the similar aseptic filling machines is preferable.
- Knowledge on Aseptic Packaging Technology is preferable.
- PLC troubleshooting for Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc and others.
- Basic Knowledge of working principles of Electro-Mechanical instruments, equipment’s and technology is must with soft ( computer) skills
- Candidate should have a valid international passport.
