  • Provide immediate medical response to workplace incidents or health emergencies, deploying first aid services at designated areas (e.g., production lines, offices, training sites).
  • Accompany injured or critically ill employees during ambulance transfers to external health facilities, providing continuous in-transit medical care and ensuring patient stability.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with external emergency responders, hospitals, and internal security teams to ensure smooth and rapid evacuations during critical incidents.

  • Maintain updated immunization and comprehensive health status records for all staff, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate actively in workplace incident investigations, providing crucial medical documentation, expert insight, and recommending preventive health measures to mitigate future risks.
  • Track and analyze health trends, including absenteeism due to illness or injuries, to inform proactive health interventions.

2. Social Responsibilities: Fostering a Culture of Care and Collaboration

The Assistant Nursing Officer acts as a compassionate healthcare advocate, building trust with employees and contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

2.1. Compassionate Patient Interaction & Guidance

  • Demonstrate exceptional empathy, patience, and confidentiality when interacting with and treating all employees, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Offer clear, actionable individual health advice and provide supportive guidance during recovery or rehabilitation processes.

2.2. Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate effectively with the QHSE Department, Human Resources, and external health facilities on employee referrals, return-to-work processes, and temporary duty restrictions.
