To provide operational support for the performance of the Agency’s Research, Monitoring & Evaluation functions.
4.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect data for the formulation of policies.
• Implements the programmes and activities of the Unit.
• Collects data for the development of guidelines and strategies for the conduct of research, monitoring and evaluation activities of the Agency.
• Collects and collates data for the preparation of fact sheets, policy briefs, research findings, reports and peer-reviewed articles.
• Collects data for the development of research agenda, research proposals and the preparation of a resource mobilization plan.
• Participate in the conduct of research.
• Collects data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Unit.
• Collects data for the preparation of the annual budget and work plan of the Unit.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Statistics, Project Management or any related discipline from a recognized university or institution.
• Must have completed National Service.
• Must pass a selection interview conducted by the Agency in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
