Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Assist the training coordinator in coordination and management of each training sessions
- Support the training coordinator in identifying training participants and training sites.
- Plan and supervise implementation of IIP training in selected Woredas.
- Ensure distribution of training materials to training sites a head of training dates
- Help in ensuring each training session is conducted as per the standard set and based on the training guide.
- Oversee the training quality through daily monitoring and post training session review.
- Support preparation of training sessions and overall training reports.
- Document lesson learned, challenges and recommendations for improvement.
- And any other activity as requested by the supervisor
Required experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in health, nursing and/or other relevant field with 0 year work experience.
- Proven ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with government and partners organizations and local communities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team, including cross-cultural teams.
- Experience in using Microsoft offices (power point, outlook, excel and word)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and knowing local language is mandatory.

Ability to travel to Woredas and health facilities, estimated to be about 80%.
