Essential Function
- Generates new customers leads through various marketing channels
- Proactively identifies sales prospects and business development activates
- Collaborates with branches employees to provide effective services, up-sell and cross-sell products/services at branches on roving basis
- Follows ups on new leads and referrals to create business engagement
- Performs tracking sales data to ensure that the District Branches meet sales quotas
- Coordinates with districts branches to ensure qualities customers service
- Resolves customer queries/issues and facilitates customers service area
- Performs achieving the assigned sales targets for various products and services
- Demonstrates products/services to recruits to customers on different marketing event
- Regulates works on ways to improves the District branches customer acquisition arena
- Makes product Knowledge readily available to self and other branch service representatives through various sources
- Takes part in the product selling and marketing mix functions of the Bank
- Engages in the Banks event management initiatives
- Coach to branch employees about modern marketing and sales capabilities on regular basis
- Conducts marketing intelligences /researches activates on customers demand for improvement
- Develops and presents sales performance reports
- Performs any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement
- BA in marketing Management, Sales and Marketing, Any other Marketing/ Salesmanship Related fields
- 1 years as Marketing and sales officer
