- Customer Service and Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive client relationships, offering personalized banking services, and resolving issues or queries.
- Financial Management: Overseeing and managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and maintaining financial records.
- Loan Processing and credit risk management: Evaluating loan applications, conducting risk assessments, and deciding on loan approvals.
- Compliance and Regulation Adherence: Ensuring all banking operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, promoting banking products and services, and contributing to the bank’s growth and profitability
Requirements
- BSC/HND in finance, economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 -5years experience as a Banking Officer.
