Overall Responsibility: The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Qualification and Person Specification • A diploma/ Certificate in Hotel and Institutional Catering, Hotel Management or its equivalent from a recognized Institution. • A Certificate in Barista Skills is an added advantage. • Relevant experience of at least two years in the Hotel industry as a Barista or in a similar food and beverage role. • Strong knowledge of coffee and tea brewing methods. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: (i) Prepare and sell coffee, tea blends, juices, pastries, and related beverages while observing the best brewing methods and hygiene standards. (ii) Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations and dining areas, including disassembling and washing equipment. (iii) Train team members on brewing techniques, beverage prepa-ration, food presentation, and customer service best practices. |
