We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Aishi Machame Hotel  The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and Serve Drinks:
2. Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
3. Take beverage orders from customers and wait staff.
4. Ensure proper serving practices, including checking identification for age verification
5. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
6. Provide recommendations on drink selections and answer any questions about the bar menu
7. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
8. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of trash.
9. Stock and restock bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
10. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.

Qualifications:

1. Certification in Bartending or Hospitality Management is beneficial
2.  Having 5 years working experience as a   bartending.
3. Familiarity with various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
6. Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
7. Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
