Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with the E-commerce team to ensure a seamless shopping experience across all channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and online sales processes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
