A Proctor assists a test taker in getting them into their exams.
• Maintain academic integrity during the proctoring process and complete multiple proctoring tasks at the same time without sacrificing customer service or efficiency
• A proctor demonstrates basic troubleshooting skills before transferring a test taker a technician to maintain continuity of service

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must be fluent in English and German
• Must be flexible as our schedule is subject to change constantly 24/7
• Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding problem solving and organisational abilities
