Responsibilities:
- Organize Offline Events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events majorly in Tier-2 cities in the region;
- Strategically leverage meet-ups to grow the region’s Telegram channels by ensuring attendees join to further increase their engagement with the brand;
- Leverage offline events to acquire affiliates by introducing the program during events;
- Ensure all logistics of the events are managed efficiently, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site event management;
- Co-ordinate feedback collection from the community members in each city where meet-ups are held;
- Organize Campus Workshops
- Establish partnerships with universities and educational institutions to conduct workshops and seminars.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminology and trends and have a liking for crypto culture;
- Excitement about the crypto industry, Binance and working with people;
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, etc…);
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to adjust strategies with the team as needed;
- Strong partnership development skills, with references to show.
