A reputable rural bank in the Eastern Region of Ghana invites applications from suitable candidates for the under-listed position: Branch Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of First Degree in a numerate discipline, plus a minimum of level 2 in any of the following, CIB – Ghana, ICA-GH or ACCA
• A minimum of 6 years of working experience in a financial institution, preferably in a rural bank with at least 3 years in a similar position
• Ability to prepare Bank of Ghana Prudential returns will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Temenos T24 Banking Application
• Good Understanding of Credit appraisal and operations of microfinance group lending methodologies
• Computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word)
