We are looking for Branch Supervisors in Tororo, Pallisa, Kabale, and Arua. If you are passionate about customer care, technical oversight, and field supervision, this role might be for you.
1. Customer Care & Lead Management (Boda Logbook Satellite)
Attend to clients and those referred from all channels, capture correct KYC details.
Follow up on leads generated from all sales channels
Guide clients through the loan process and ensure quick turnaround time (TAT)
Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve in-branch queries
2. Technical Oversight
Conduct quality control checks to prevent theft, tampering, or poor placement
Provide basic technical training or demos to clients if required
3. Satellite Oversight & Field Supervision
Supervise daily activities in a designated satellite location
Monitor channel performance (agent/FSO/Associations/Walk-in) lead flow, and
prompt loan disbursements.
Coordinate logistics: tracker availability, documents, client visits, etc.
Act as the liaison between the satellite and main branch, ensuring targets and reports are aligned
Provide daily/weekly updates on performance, client feedback, and operational challenges
4. Branch Operational Support
control Support the sales team in daily reporting, agent coordination, and tracker stock
Escalate challenges from both the main branch and satellite promptly
