To introduce consumers to a new brand or to remind them of our current brands in a memorable way that associates the specific brands with a positive experience that ultimately results in volume growth and or improvement in brand health measures.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage brand research and development.
- Develop strategy for marketing engagements, campaign, consumer engagement.
- Create digital consistency throughout all platforms.
- Manage budget for the brand.
- Develop and structure brand experiential activities.
- Analyze the sales trend and come up with marketing strategy.
- Manage cross-functional activities.
- Manage creative agencies as stakeholders.
- Manage and evaluate the ideas provided by Creative Agencies.
- Manage brand activation and launches.
- Conduct ATL and BTL or TTL activities.
- Develop and implement quarterly plans.
- Prepare and share quarterly and annual reports.
- Conduct vendor-related activities such as vendor selection, communication, payment, contract etc.
- Make frequent interaction with Quality Assurance department regarding label, product, Standards Agency requirements.
- Work with production department on product development and innovation.
- Organize and manage consumer-based events.
- Develop POSM design and deployment plan.
- Inspect brand health constantly and come up with plan to improve performance.
- Ensure the ISO standard implementation in the company.
- The job holder is responsible to follow all SOPs and safety protocols of the company while doing his/her job.
- Attend monthly regular team meetings and share thoughts and ideas with colleagues.
Job Requirements
- BA in Marketing, Business Management or related filed.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience on Brand and Innovation, FM-CG and Project Management.
