Qualifications and Experience

• Class 1 Builder’s Certificate
• At least two years of working experience as a Builder
• Competence in tiling will be an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

The Builder / Bricklayer is responsible for the following duties:

• Interpretation of working drawing
• Carrying out construction activity on assigned projects:  brick and block laying, plastering, and tiling.
• Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation
• Carrying out renovations and refurbishments.
  General maintenance of buildings.
• Adhering to building by-laws in all construction work.
• Any related duties as may be assigned by the Director Central Services, Amenities, and Maintenance.
