Duties and Responsibilities
The Builder / Bricklayer is responsible for the following duties:
-Interpretation of working drawing
-Carrying out construction activity on assigned projects: brick and block laying, plastering, and tiling.
-Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation
-Carrying out renovations and refurbishments.
-General maintenance of buildings.
-Adhering to building by-laws in all construction work.
-Any related duties as may be assigned by the Director Central Services, Amenities, and Maintenance
Qualifications and Experience
-Class 1 Builder’s Certificate
-At least two years of working experience
-Competence in tiling will be an added advantage
