• We are looking to hire a Business Analyst who can effectively research and recommend ways that the business can operate better, with continuously improved performance and productivity levels.
• He/she will gather and analyse information to develop and investigate potential solutions – including improvements to systems and processes through efficient researches, business process analysis and modelling.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for researching, reporting, formulating and implementing innovative analytic solutions and accelerators.
• Decompose, refine, and document requirements using appropriate graphical and textual techniques.
• Business process analysis and modelling, research, review, and analyse existing processes and develop strategies for enhancements.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up to date on the on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Managing competing resources and priorities.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a business or data analyst or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS)
• Strong analytical s`kills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse significant amounts of raw data and draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool
• Technical writing skills
• Ability to troubleshoot data and high attention to details.
• Excellent command of English and communication skills.
